About the MGA Partnership Grant (Hawaii)
Modality Global Advisors has a partnership grant designed to support locally operated community health providers with distinct regional needs. We understand the challenges faced within the value-based care continuum, particularly in primary care, and are committed to addressing these through collaborative solutions.With a proven track record in strategic planning, revenue cycle optimization, process assessment and improvement, data analytics and AI integration, growth research opportunities, and fostering stakeholder collaboration, MGA tailors its efforts to ensure the success of its partners. Through this grant, we aim to provide financial support to organizations ready to work together in developing innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance community health outcomes.

Eligibility
Eligible applicants include Healthcare Providers, Physicians Networks, Hawaii-based registered Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and look-alike community health organizations that are actively working towards improving population health in Hawaii.
